Obituary for Charles Jacob

Charles Jacob
Charles Robert “Charlie” Jacob passed, away at his home, in Toledo, OH, on October 8, 2017. He was born in Toledo, OH, on May 27, 1967, the first of four children. He attended Gesu Elementary and Central Catholic High School, graduating in 1985. After a year attending Hillsdale College, on a football scholarship, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. Chuck, as he was known to his immediate family, spent most of his life working as an over-the-road truck driver. He was known as “Roadz Wolf” on his CB handle. He loved football. On weekends he enjoyed cheering his beloved Michigan Wolverines, and Pittsburgh Steelers. The true loves of his life were his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was nicknamed “Chuckles” for bringing humor into family get-togethers.

Charles is survived by his three sons, KC Jacob, Chaz (Cindy) Jacob, and Charles R. Jacob, Jr, (CJ). They blessed him with five grandchildren, Alexander, Zoey, James, Caiden, and Amelia. He also leaves behind his loving mother, Roberta “Robin” Jacob, two younger brothers, John and Patrick Jacob, and younger sister, Julie (Jacob) Cook. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles A Jacob Jr.
